Commercial Sidewalks and Shoveling

Do you have a property that requires snow removal for sidewalks and walkways as well?  We have you covered.  We have sidewalk crews and equipment to handle any and all areas that need to be cleared.  Tired of those slippery sidewalks leading into your front door leaving customers wishing they had ice skates on?  We can take care of that as well.  One of our commercial sidewalk machines has a salter installed right on it that makes salting sidewalks a breeze.  It has precise control that allows an adjustable amount put down so we can better control how much salt is used.  Our sidewalk salt is the industry’s best salt, which melts down to -20F.  Most standard rock salts become ineffective around 5F. 

Salt and Salt/Sand Mix Spreading

We have the ability to spread straight salt onto parking lots to melt through snow and ice that can lead to slippery conditions.  This allows both customers and employees to travel safely in to and out of your property reducing chances for slips and falls.  Straight salt applications are done to paved or concreted areas.  We also offer salt and sand mixed together, called salt/sand, that works well for gravel areas, very large parking areas, and very cold conditions when straight salt doesn't work.  The salt/sand mix provides grit that gives traction to slippery surfaces.  We also offer the salt and salt/sand mix spreading residential properties as well when we get ice storms or when slippery conditions arise.

Snow Loading and Hauling

We have the ability to haul snow away if your property doesn't have a big area designated for piling snow.  We come in after-hours and remove the snow from your property to maximize parking space or an area for future snow piling.

Residential Snow Removal

Let us take care of your snow removal needs.  Residential accounts will be automatically cleared on snowfalls of 2" or more.  We do not service 1-time calls, only accounts that are signed up for the entire snow season.  We offer snow plowing and sidewalk shoveling to residential clients.
